| I tried to continue my adventure
but it tells me to come back tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Why? |

| Answer: |
| In order for you to proceed to
the next lesson, you must first have your completed lesson graded by one
of our Trailguides. You will receive a message in your message center inbox
from a Trailguide by 2pm of the following day from when you have completed
your lesson. In order to proceed to the next lesson, read the response from
your Trailguide to your lesson completion, and you will then be free to
proceed! |

| I tried to play the Wonderland Adventure but when
ever I click on Creation Cove or any level nothing happends. Why? |

| Answer: |
| You may have a pop up blocker
installed. Wonderland uses pop up windows. So in order to play the adventure
Wonderland you must disable your pop up blocker. |

| Problem: |
| When I try and play the Wonder Agent Adventure
I get to the part to do my devotions and then I get an error message or
nothing happens at all. Why? |

| Answer: |
| You may be using an older broswer
to surf the web. The Wonder Agent Adventure uses new technology that wasn't
avaliable on older broswers so you may need to up grade. Wonder Agent works
best on Internet Explorer 5 and higher, Netscape Navigator 6 and higher
or Mozilla 1. |
